Throughout my journey in law enforcement, I’ve developed a deep understanding of human behaviour, conflict resolution, and the power of clear communication.

From Detective Work to Mediation

After decades of navigating complex investigations and managing long protracted enquiries, I’ve chosen to channel my skills into a new path mediation. My experience has taught me that resolution doesn’t always come from enforcement, sometimes, it comes from understanding, empathy and dialogue.

I am passionate about helping individuals and organisations resolve conflict constructively, drawing on the same principles that guided me through my detective career: integrity, impartiality and a commitment to truth.
