Hello and welcome. I am Lucie Holland and a seasoned professional with over 24 years of experience in policing, including an extensive career in the detective world. Throughout my journey in law enforcement, I’ve developed a deep understanding of human behavior, conflict resolution, and the power of clear communication.

🕵️‍♂️ From Detective Work to Mediation

After decades of navigating complex investigations and managing long protracted enquiries, I’ve chosen to channel my skills into a new path: mediation. My experience has taught me that resolution doesn’t always come from enforcement, sometimes, it comes from understanding, empathy, and dialogue.

I now specialise in helping individuals and organisations resolve disputes constructively, drawing on the same principles that guided me through my detective career: integrity, impartiality, and a commitment to truth.
