What to expect in sessions

Each mediation begins with one to one meetings to hear each persons perspective privately. I will then bring everyone together for a joint session where I guide the conversation keeping it fair, focused and solution driven. The aim is to rebuild trust, reduce stress levels and make an agreement to encourage a future healthier working relationship.
