What community mediation does

Community mediation helps neighbours resolve disputes without going to court. I bring people together to talk through noise complaints, boundary issues, and everyday conflicts. That means we meet in a neutral space, let each person share their view, and work toward solutions both sides can accept. I help neighbours understand each other's situations, find common ground, and agree on practical changes. It works well for housing disputes, family disagreements, or neighbourhood tensions where people still need to live near each other.

Why facilitation helps teams

When meetings are poorly run, people leave confused and tasks don’t get done. Good facilitation turns that around. Teams make clearer decisions, fewer people dominate, and quieter voices get heard.

How we run facilitated sessions

We start by agreeing the meeting goal and the steps to reach it. I set simple rules so everyone has space to speak. I keep time and bring the group back to the main point when needed.

After the meeting we list who does what and when. That follow-up keeps the team accountable and reduces chances of the same issues coming up again.
